Operations Manager

Meg Morgan, Operations Manager manages the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that the resources to deliver services are in place and meet Counties Manukau District Health Board clinical objectives, standards, philosophies and priorities

The Spinal Unit has approximately 60 staff FTEs comprising of nurses, physiotherapist, occupational therapists, social workers, counsellor, dietician, rehabilitation consultant and registrars who work with the patients and their family setting goals and planning their rehabilitation programme.

The team of five administration staff provide support for the team and patients in reception, medical typing, outpatient appointment scheduling and ward clerk duties.
