Outpatients - How to refer to Outpatients & who is eligible?

As a team we offer assistance to people who:

have an acquired spinal cord injury that live in our catchment area;
have been inpatients of Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit and those that have relocated into our catchment area that were inpatients at Burwood Spinal Unit.

Referrals for outpatient assessments are accepted from General Practitioners (GPs), ACC, other health professionals following acute admissions.
