'Back on Track' is an unique patient handbook and CD-ROM developed by the New Zealand Spinal Trust and the Burwood Spinal Unit. The handbook is designed to be used as the ‘Course Curriculum’ for patients in their early rehabilitation phase as well as for their carers, families and friends.

The Back on Track DVD is a basic introduction for those learning to live with spinal cord injury.

  • To order the Back on Track DVD, please complete the order form.

“Nobody else can rehabilitate you – you must do this for yourself.

All you need to do is take life one day at a time and try to learn one new thing every day.

Above all else, keep believing in yourself!!

Julian Verkaaik
(Editor and Illustrator of the Back on Track book)
